Legacy Loc Care – Free Parent Retwist Training (8/29/26)University Branch Library

Legacy Loc Care is a free in-person training designed to help parents and families learn the basics of maintaining their children’s locs. This session covers foundational retwist techniques, healthy loc maintenance practices, and simple methods that help keep locs neat, strong, and well cared for.

The purpose of this training is to empower families with knowledge that can be practiced at home . Participants will observe demonstrations,get hands on training to retwist, ask questions, and gain practical understanding of proper loc care.
