Crown Care Deposit

At Glory Locz, each appointment is prepared for with care and intentionality. These policies help protect the time reserved for every client while creating a peaceful and professional experience.

Crown Care Deposit

A $25 nonrefundable Crown Care Deposit is required to secure all appointments, including model appointments.

• The deposit is applied toward your service total and is not an additional charge.
• Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
• Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.
• A new deposit may be required after a late cancellation, missed appointment or appointment change outside the rescheduling window.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

When proper notice is provided, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

Late Arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is provided. Please communicate as soon as possible if you expect to arrive late.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require the service to be adjusted, rescheduled or canceled, depending on the remaining appointment time. If the appointment cannot be completed, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Missed Appointments

Clients who do not arrive and do not provide notice will be considered a no-show. The deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required before another appointment can be scheduled.

Model Appointments

Model appointments are offered at a special rate in exchange for the additional time and flexibility required for education and content creation.

By booking a model appointment, you understand that:

• A nonrefundable deposit is required.
• The appointment may take longer than a standard service.
• Photos or videos may be recorded for educational and promotional purposes.
• Your service may be performed using a specific technique selected for the model opportunity.
• Model pricing applies only to the approved service and cannot be transferred to another service or person.

Any photography or recording consent will be confirmed before the service begins.

Service Selection and Pricing

Please select the service that best reflects the current condition and needs of your locs. Final pricing and service eligibility may be adjusted after an in-person assessment if additional maintenance, product removal, repairs or time is required.

Any changes will be discussed before the additional service is performed.

Hair Preparation

Please review the preparation instructions included with your selected service. If your appointment does not include a wash, arrive with your hair prepared as directed.

Excessive buildup, matting, repairs or maintenance not included in the original booking may require additional time and fees or a rescheduled appointment.

Guests and Children

To maintain a calm and focused environment, please avoid bringing additional guests unless they are receiving a service or accompanying a minor. Children receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Satisfaction and Refunds

Glory Locz does not issue refunds for completed services. If you have a concern, please contact Glory Locz within 48 hours of your appointment so the matter can be reviewed.

Agreement

By submitting your Crown Care Deposit and booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these policies.
